Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

2. Promoter

Promoter and Data Controller is Dale Farm Ltd., 15 Dargan Road, Belfast, BT3 9LS.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees or workers (and their immediate families) of Dale Farm Ltd., its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion including any organisation involved in the operation or administration of the Promotion including prize suppliers and advertising agencies.

This promotion applies to any purchase of a participating promotional block of Dromona 250g or Dromona 500g during the Promotional Period (00:00 1st November 2025 - 23:59 31st December 2025). Internet access required. Purchase necessary. Retain your promotional pack for unique code reference. Each entry must be submitted with a different unique code. One entry per day permitted per person during the promotional period. Each entry made during the promotional period (00:00 1st November 2025 - 23:59 31st December 2025) will be entered into the winning moment promotion.

Winning moment prizes, awarded at random using a computer-generated winning moment mechanic, will be available during the main promotional period. Maximum of one winning moment prize can be won per person during the main promotional period.

Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Entries will be void if they:

  • do not comply with these Terms and Conditions;
  • are incomplete, invalid, misdirected or illegible; or
  • are considered by Dale Farm Ltd. to be part of an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of the Promotion.

4. Promotional period

The Promotional Period runs from 00:00 1st November 2025 - 23:59 31st December 2025. Entries outside of this period will not be accepted.

5. How to enter

Purchase from participating retailer in-store or online

To enter, purchase a promotional Dromona 250g or Dromona 500g block from selected Tesco, Spar, Eurospar, Lidl, Sainsburys, Asda, Centra, Mace, Supervalu, Vivo, Vivoxtra, Nisa, Today’s Local, Costcutter, Iceland or other independents instore or online, then visit winwithdromona.com, enter your first name, surname, email address and your unique code on the entry form during the Promotional Period. The unique code can be found under the base fold of the promotional pack.

Each entry will be entered into the winning moments promotion during the Promotional Period. Winning moment prizes will be awarded at random throughout the Promotional Period, using a computer-generated winning moment mechanic. Winning moment winners will be notified instantly on screen if they have won and will also receive a winner notification email to the email address provided on entry.

Each promotional code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, use codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.

Products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete, or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

6. Prizes

There are a total of 61 prizes available to be won throughout the Promotional Period, which runs from 00:00 on 1st November 2025 until 23:59 on 31st December 2025.

The following prizes are available to be won during the Promotional Period. One prize per day awarded via winning moments.

Winning Moment Cash Prizes:

  • 1x £2,500
  • 3x £500
  • 6x £250
  • 5x £100
  • 14x £50
  • 32x £25

Each winner will receive their cash prize paid via BACS. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. The winners will be contacted within 7 working days of their winning entry, and the cash prize will be transferred to the winners’ UK bank account within 28 working days of valid win confirmation and completion of the verification process.

Prizes not awarded in the winning moments promotion will be rolled over to a mop up draw, drawn on 7th January 2026. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. All prizes are non-transferable.

7. Winner selection

Winning moment prizes will be allocated randomly using an online instant winning moment mechanic during the main Promotional Period. Prizes will be allocated via “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds), 61 in total and one per day. These have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you win a prize. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the winner on or after the next winning moment. If for any reason a prize is not won after being rolled over, the prize will be added to the mop up draw at the end of the promotion. Additional winners will be picked to fulfil the left over winning moment prizes. There is no guarantee all prizes will be won.

8. Winner notification

Winners will have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and show proof of age via email in the form of a copy of passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID stating the winners’ date of birth via reply to the email notification. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize, or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for three months after which the remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner. Winners will be requested to provide their county of residence for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.

Once acceptance confirmation has been given and after the completion of the verification process, the cash prize will be organised via the Promoter. The winner will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 working days of valid claim and completion of the verification process. The Promoter will ask for the winners to submit their UK bank details via a secure link shared by the Promoter via the email address provided for promotion entry. The cash prizes will be transferred to the winners’ UK bank account via BACS payment within 7 working days of valid UK bank account details being provided.

For unclaimed winning moment prizes in the mop up draw, the winner(s) will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw date. The winner will have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize via reply to the email notification. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize, or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice after which any unclaimed winning moment prizes will be null and void.

For winning moment prize winners during the main promotional period, entrants will be notified instantly on screen if they have won or not and winners will be asked.

Winners list

The Promoter will make available the winners’ surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.

9. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for promotional pack and proof of ID including age (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID stating the winner’s date of birth) which they must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

10. General

It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and acceptance of a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.

11. Data protection

The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. All data will be deleted 3 months after the promotion end date. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
